Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sendrin's website, developer console, and API (collectively, the "Service"), operated by IITDEVELOPER Group ("Sendrin," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Sendrin provides a multi-channel notification delivery API (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, webhooks, and in-app inbox) and an accompanying developer console for managing applications, credentials, templates, and billing.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and applications.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and equivalent regulations).
• Send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
• Deliver messages to recipients without a lawful basis to contact them.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on the cycle and pricing presented at checkout or in the Sendrin Console. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise. We may change pricing with advance notice communicated via the Console or your registered email.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, highly-available notification delivery, including automated provider failover where configured. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, except as required by law or set out in a separate service level agreement.

6. Data and Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content, templates, and recipient data you submit through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Providers

The Service delivers notifications through third-party channel providers (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, and webhook endpoints) that you configure. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third-party providers outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendrin's aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
