• Usage and log data: API request metadata, delivery status, IP addresses, and timestamps, used for billing, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
• Cookies: the Sendrin Console uses essential cookies for authentication sessions. The marketing website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including delivering notifications on your behalf.
• Process payments and manage billing through our payment processor.
• Monitor and improve service reliability, including provider failover and delivery diagnostics.

Account and billing data is retained for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable law thereafter. Notification delivery records and recipient data are retained according to your account's configured activity-retention window, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
